• Tuesday - Friday schedule, four 10-hour shifts weekly
• 20 patients per day
• Split time between two outpatient clinics -- 3 days at primary, 1 day at secondary
• Three days of onboarding including shadowing before starting patient care
• Patient mix: 40% well child, 40% women's health, 10% Medicare wellness, 10% urgent care
• Minimum 2 years primary care experience -- 3 to 5 years preferred
