Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, Mississippi is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join an established, busy practice with significant immediate volume and growth potential.
Two physicians in the current GI group are retiring at the end of the year, creating an excellent opportunity to step into an established patient base rather than build from scratch. Work alongside an experienced gastroenterologist who can provide mentorship and support as you grow your practice.

- Approximately 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient
- APP support in clinic and 12 ORs
- Full Hospitalist coverage for inpatient care
- General GI procedures; ERCP available if desired
