**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
- Start: January 5, 2026
- End: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p (2 weeks per month preferred, consecutive blocks ideal)
- Call: Beeper call, 1:2 rotation (phone-based, light volume, 15-minute response time)
- Patient Volume: 10–15 patients per day
- Call Volume: 0–5 calls per night
- Team Support: 1 physician, 3 APPs, 13 RNs, 13 clerical staff, genetic counselor, pharmacists, and tumor registry staff
- Credentialing: 60 days
- EMR: Athena / Cerner (office EMR: Onco EMR)

**Clinical Details**
- Provide outpatient consultations and follow-up care for oncology and hematology patients.
- Supervise APPs and collaborate on inpatient rounding for established oncology patients.
- Participate in tumor board discussions and coordinate with radiation oncology and primary care.
- Utilize comprehensive in-office resources including pharmacy, lab, navigation, social work, and financial counseling support.
- Practice is 95% outpatient and 5% inpatient, with no chemotherapy inductions performed onsite.

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Active Michigan medical license
- ACLS and BLS required
- Experience in outpatient oncology and consultative inpatient care
- Ability to supervise APPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff

**Compensation**
