**National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant**
A progressive healthcare system in Central New York is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team in Herkimer, NY. The position is based in a 160-bed long-term care and short-term rehabilitation facility serving a largely rural population.
Position Highlights:
• Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM – 5 PM)
• Collaborative, team-based environment
• EMR systems: Point Click Care & EPIC
• Loan repayment may be available through federal/state programs
• Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
Compensation:
• Competitive salary: $107,714 – $133,699, based on experience
Qualifications:
• National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• NY State License, BLS, and DEA required
