A progressive health system in Central New York is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an established, patient-centered practice in Hamilton, NY—a vibrant community home to Colgate University, surrounded by lakes, mountains, and year-round recreation.

Position Highlights:
• Outpatient-only, Monday–Friday (8 AM–5 PM)
• No OB; first call system with NP/PA support
• Team includes physicians, APPs, and behavioral health support
• EMR: EPIC
• Loan repayment and visa sponsorship (J-1/H-1B) available
Compensation & Incentives:
• Salary: $320,000 – $374,000
• Sign-on bonus up to $200,000
• Residency stipend up to $45,000 (available up to 18 months pre-graduation)
• Group-employed model with full administrative support
Qualifications:
• MD, DO, or MBBS; Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
• NYS license (or eligibility), BLS/ACLS/PALS, and DEA required
