Job Description
A progressive healthcare system in Central New York is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a patient-centered outpatient practice in Andes, NY. This role provides primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative, team-based environment.
* Join a small, supportive team (1 Physician & 1 APP)
* Outpatient only – Monday–Friday (8 AM–5 PM) or 4/10-hour shifts
* EMR: EPIC
* Loan repayment options (federal/state)
* New graduates welcome!
**Qualifications:**
* Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
* NY State License, BLS, and DEA required
**Compensation & Incentives:**
* Salary: $104,040 – $133,699
* Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
* Hospital-employed model with administrative support
