**Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant**
A progressive healthcare system in Central New York is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a patient-centered outpatient practice in Andes, NY. This role provides primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Position Highlights:
• Join a small, supportive team (1 Physician & 1 APP)
• Outpatient only – Monday–Friday (8 AM–5 PM) or 4/10-hour shifts
• EMR: EPIC
• Loan repayment options (federal/state)
• New graduates welcome!
Compensation & Incentives:
• Salary: $104,040 – $133,699
• Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
• Hospital-employed model with administrative support
Qualifications:
• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• NY State License, BLS, and DEA required
