- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Setting: Inpatient – Level III NICU
- Start: ASAP
- Location: Richmond, VA
- Schedule: Day and night shift coverage available; weekend participation expected
- Call: None

**Clinical Details**
- Supports a new neonatal program focused on innovation and family-centered care
- Collaborates closely with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists
- Manages critically ill newborns requiring advanced therapies including HFOV, HFJV, nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
- On-site pediatric surgery and cardiology services
- Single-family room NICU design
- No newborn nursery coverage

**Requirements**
- Board Certified (not accepting Board Eligible)
- Active Virginia license
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Master’s degree or higher
- Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience in Neonatology
- Must have been clinically active within the past year
- Completed prescreen questionnaire (required for submission)

**Compensation**
