**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
- Setting: Inpatient Labor & Delivery, Antepartum, Postpartum, and OB Emergency Department
- Schedule: 24-hour in-house shifts (12-hour options available)
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing
- Location: South Bend, IN (between Chicago and Detroit; near University of Notre Dame and Lake Michigan)

**Clinical Details**
- Annual Deliveries: ~2,000
- Average Deliveries per 24-hour Shift: 3
- NICU Level: III
- Perinatal Center Level: III
- Trauma Level: II
- Responsibilities include OB triage, admissions, inpatient management, deliveries, surgical assists, and GYN emergency care
- Collaboration with 7 certified nurse midwives, MFM physicians, and neonatologists

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active Indiana medical license or IMLC eligible
- Minimum 1 year of post-residency OB/GYN experience
- Recent clinical experience within the past 12 months
- Completion of prescreen questionnaire (required at submission)

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
