**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
- Schedule: Full-time with weekday, weekend, and 24-hour call rotation
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing
- Admissions Required: Yes
- Call: Yes (nights and weekends)
- OT: Applies after 40 hours per week

**Clinical Details**
- Recording patient histories and developing care plans
- Performing procedures such as wound closure, incision & drainage, tendon repair, needle biopsy, and fracture management
- Conducting diagnostic studies (EMG, ECG, X-ray, CT, MRI, etc.)
- Assisting in surgery (first assist, closures, instrumentation, appliance application)
- Providing orthopedic call coverage for emergency and inpatient units
- Conducting daily hospital rounds, writing orders, and documenting patient progress
- Managing inpatient orthopedic cases and performing joint aspirations, fracture reductions, injections, and splinting

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Active Oregon License
- Meets criteria for Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership and privileges
- Must be available full-time
- NPDB self-query required at time of submission
- CAQH login and password required at time of offer
- EPIC training required (4 hours unpaid; test-out option available in 2 hours)
- Minimum 60-day credentialing timeframe

**Compensation**
