Overview
A progressive, academic health system in central New York is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Family Medicine team in St. Johnsville, NY.
Job Description & Responsibilities
• Join an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Traditional Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM
• Option for 4/10-hour shifts (7 AM–5 PM)
• No OB responsibilities
• Full-spectrum family medicine with a diverse patient population
• Supportive and collaborative work environment
• Loan repayment opportunities may be available through federal and state programs
• EMR: EPIC
• New graduates are welcome to apply
Compensation
• Salary range: $104,040 – $133,699
(Based on qualifications, experience, education, and market standards)
Job Requirements
• National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• NYS Licensure
• BLS Certification
• DEA License
