Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, certified physician assistant to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL. Our physician-founded, dyad-led practice focuses on value-based care"delivering high-quality outcomes for patients while reducing overall costs. Providers are supported by a dedicated infrastructure that allows them to focus on patient care.

Position Details

  • Monday"Friday, 8am"5pm

  • Flexible, rotating on-call schedule

  • Average 12"15 patients per day

  • EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)

  • Focus on continuity, preventive care, and chronic condition management

  • Multidisciplinary, team-based care for primarily Medicare-aged patients

Candidate Qualifications

  • Certified by AANP or ANCC in adult, gerontology, or family practice

  • Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Florida

  • DEA and CDS licensure (if required)

  • Current CPR and BLS certifications

  • Proficient with EMR systems, preferably eCW

  • Experience with Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, MRA, and ICD-10 coding

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
