Job Description
$230/hour base compensation.
Annual quality bonus of up to $40,000.
Additional $325 per night shift.
Primarily 8.5 to 9-hour shifts.
Approximately 1415 shifts per month considered full-time.
Flexible scheduling based on physician requests through an online scheduling platformno block scheduling.
Extra shifts available for additional earning potential.
Join an exceptionally stable Emergency Medicine team with an average physician tenure of more than 10 years.
Busy, well-supported Emergency Department with approximately 60,000 annual patient visits.
Outstanding staffing model with 84 physician hours and 36 APP hours of coverage daily.
Two Emergency Medicine physicians scheduled overnight from 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM for enhanced physician support.
Excellent in-house specialty backup including surgery, anesthesia, obstetrics, neonatology, pediatrics, hospitalists, and a 24-hour cardiac catheterization lab.
Limited resident teaching responsibilities.
Practice in a collaborative, physician-friendly environment focused on quality care and work-life balance.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine required.
BLS, ACLS, and ATLS required until Emergency Medicine board certification is obtained.
H-1B cap-exempt opportunity available.
