OBGYN Opportunity: About the Practice

Join a well-established, high-volume FQHC with nearly 170,000 patient records and a referral base reaching up to 150 miles. The group is growing quickly and needs an additional full-time physician to meet demand.

Practice Highlights

• FQHC model with OB/GYN integrated into primary care
• Strong hospital partnerships, including collaborative community events
• ~1,000 annual deliveries across 4 providers (~22/month per physician)
• Approx. 20% c-section rate
• Level II NICU
• Surgical volume: 6–7 major cases per week
• Robotic-assisted procedures with mentorship available

Schedule & Call

• 1x 24-hour call shift per week (primarily deliveries, ~3–7 per shift)
• 6 weekends/year (option for more if desired)
• Clinic days: 35–40 patients/day
• Dedicated surgical day: 2–8 cases

Compensation & Benefits

• $425,000 guaranteed base + RVU production bonus + quality bonus
• Total earning potential = $550,000–$650,000+
