Seeking a physician to serve as Medical Director for one day per week (6-8 hour day). You will provide coverage for our conveniently located skilled nursing and assisted living facility in the Boone, North Carolina, area one day per week.

* Provide medical care for residents in a short term skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility
* Provide mentorship and oversight for collaborating clinicians
* Timely pharmacy, acute response and documentation of care
* Clear understanding and implementation of regulatory guidelines
* Attend monthly leadership meetings
* No Night Call
* Our compensation model is a fee for service model with an expected compensation estimated range of $74,457 to $89,348 annually with no cap on productivity income.
