Full Time & Permanent Position.

Actively recruiting a full-time PM&R Physician (Physiatrist) with an optional Medical Director role (small % FTE) that includes a stipend. This role joins our ARU and collaborative, collegial team of providers. Our approach to patient care is based on compassionate, personalized service, clinical excellence, and leveraging advanced medical technology.

**About the position:**
-10-bed step-down unit for hospital patients needing extra care ahead of discharge.
-Schedule: M-F; backup PRN physicians on call on weekends
-Call: first call is to nurses who would call in a provider if needed
-Team Support: Nurses, CNA, OT, COTA, PTA, and case manager
-Unit is located on the 6th floor and boasts a breathtaking view of Snake River Valley
-Level III Trauma Center, 145-bed facility

**Qualifications:**
-BE/BC in PM & R or Physiatry
-Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of ID and DEA with full prescriptive authority
