**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
- Schedule: 4 days per week, 8a–5p; call every 4th–5th day (post-call day off)
- Duration: 8-week assignment (October 31–December 31, 2025)
- Patients Per Shift: 20
- Average Deliveries: 2 per 24-hour call shift
- Call Type: Beeper; 30-minute response time
- Support Staff: RNs, MAs, APPs
- Trauma Level: III
- EMR: MediTech

**Clinical Details**
- Full-scope OB/GYN with high-risk pregnancy management
- Management of severe preeclampsia and preterm labor down to 23 weeks
- OB Ultrasounds – Level I & II
- Routine and complicated deliveries (vaginal, forceps, C-section, breech, VBACs)
- Surgical Gynecology – open, laparoscopic, and operative cases
- Minor procedures – IUD, LEEP, colposcopy, cystoscopy, cryosurgery
- Laser Certification required

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active Montana license or IMLC
- Certifications: ABLS, BLS, PALS
- Ability to manage high-risk obstetric cases independently
- Minimum 3 years of post-training experience preferred

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
