• Monday through Thursday 730 am - 3 pm, Friday 730 am - 3 pm once monthly
• 18 - 25 patients per day depending on clinic location
• Post-injury evaluations 3 - 4 weeks after initial treatment
• Pre-operative assessments for surgical clearance
• Multi-site practice across four clinic locations
