• Monday through Friday with rotating weekend day and flex weekday
• 36 hours guaranteed with potential for 40 hours
• 85-88% productivity requirement
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• EMR: NetHealth (Rehab Optima)
• Prior skilled nursing facility experience strongly preferred
• New graduates with SNF experience considered

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
