Job Description

Northwest Allied Physicians Group, part of Northwest Healthcare, is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a high-demand, established practice in Oro Valley, Arizona. Located just 10 minutes north of Tucson, this hospital-employed position offers an immediate practice opportunity and an unbeatable quality of life in one of Southern Arizona's most desirable suburban communities.

About Your Work

  • Employed, full-time, well-respected practice
  • Join 2 surgeons
  • Anticipate 1:3 call
  • Level IV trauma (14-bed ED)
  • 146-bed hospital with 8 fully integrated, modern ORs, Dedicated blocks, Mako availability, and 24/7 anesthesia support
  • Additional access to 2 affiliated ASCs
  • EMR: Cerner with Suki AI scribe technology
  • Fully-equipped clinic with experienced support team; clinic adjacent to medical center
  • Robust specialty support through Northwest Health’s multi-specialty group.
  • On-site 33-bed Skilled Nursing Unit: CMS 5-Star
  • Joint Commission Accredited facility with TJC Hip & Knee Replacement certification and structured Joint Camp classes.
  • Established referral base supported by 37 physician clinics, 16 urgent care locations, 2 freestanding EDs, and an extensive employed primary care network. Additionally, Northwest Healthcare’s affiliation with ACGME IM and FM residency programs support practice growth.
