**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Setting: Inpatient
- Dates: October 31 (7a) – November 3 (7a) and December 23 (7a) – December 29 (7a)
- Schedule: 24-hour beeper call
- Call Response Time: 30 minutes
- Call Ratio: 1:3
- Average Patients: 4
- Support Staff: 6 RNs, 1 APP, 2 office staff
- EMR: Athena & Meditech
- Privileges: Temporary privileges available (clean malpractice required)

**Clinical Details**
- Low risk pregnancy
- High risk pregnancy – Preferred
- FHR interpretation – NST/CST/FSE
- OB Ultrasounds – Level I & II
- Amniocentesis
- Routine delivery – Vaginal and C-section
- Complicated deliveries (including breech, multiples, and VBACs)
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Surgical gynecology – Open and laparoscopic procedures
- Office/minor gynecology – Preferred

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Virginia License or IMLC
- BLS – Required
- 100 deliveries and 50 GYN cases within the past 24 months
- Clean malpractice and background history

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Included
- Travel: Reimbursed
