**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Setting: Inpatient
- Dates: November 19–24, 2025 (includes on-site orientation)
- Schedule: 24-hour call, Thursday 7a – Monday 7a
- Response Time: 30 minutes
- Support Staff: 3–4 RNs
- EMR: Athena & Meditech
- Credentialing: 60 days (temporary privileges available)

**Clinical Details**
- General surgery (adult and pediatric)
- Laparoscopic procedures including appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, and Nissen fundoplication
- GI endoscopy (upper and lower, including colonoscopy and sigmoidoscopy)
- Vascular and thoracic procedures including aneurysm repair and bypass
- Central line and chest tube placement

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeon
- Active Virginia medical license
- Ability to manage adult and pediatric surgical cases
- Comfortable with a broad range of general and vascular procedures

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
