**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Telehealth
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p (8.5-hour days with 30-min lunch)
- Weekend Call: 24-hour call rotation
- Coverage Term: ASAP through March 15 (minimum 2 weeks/month commitment)
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 APP
- EMR: Cerner
- Teaching: Yes

**Clinical Details**
- Hematology and solid tumor case management
- Clinic visits, inpatient consults, and call coverage
- Collaborative coordination with radiation oncology and infusion center
- Participation in multidisciplinary patient care planning
- APP support available in both clinic and hospital

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology
- No specific state license requirement
- Certifications: BLS
- Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology
- Experience with both inpatient and outpatient oncology care

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
