**Why This Role**
- Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care for a community-based practice in coastal Maine.
- Support ongoing patient continuity during a recruitment period for permanent providers.
- Join a collaborative and well-supported clinical team with a focus on women’s health excellence.
**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
- Dates: June 2026 – December 2026 (minimum)
- Schedule: Full-time coverage, weekdays with call rotation
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: Standard timeframe
- Potential for locum-to-perm transition
**Clinical Details**
- Routine and high-risk obstetric care
- Deliveries and C-sections
- Gynecologic procedures and surgeries
- On-call responsibilities for labor and delivery
**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Maine medical license or IMLC LOQ
- Full-time availability for the assignment duration
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Included
- Travel: Reimbursed
