**Orthopedic Surgeon – Foot & Ankle (Baltimore, MD)**
**Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon**
Overview:
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to join a leading orthopedic team in Baltimore County, Maryland.
Exceptional opportunity to lead and grow the Foot & Ankle Division, teach residents and fellows, and participate in high-impact clinical research within a top-tier orthopedic program.

• Lead and develop a comprehensive Foot & Ankle Division within a nationally recognized orthopedic institute.
• Engage in academic teaching with orthopedic surgery residents and fellows (didactic and clinical).
• Access to strong research support for clinical studies, publications, and grant writing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across sports medicine, trauma, total joint, spine, and pediatrics.

• Over 250 professionals, performing 5,000 orthopedic procedures and 50,000+ office visits annually.
• ACGME-accredited residency and multiple fellowship programs.
• Faculty involved in education, surgical training, and research with weekly didactics and case reviews.
• Onsite radiology and physical therapy for seamless patient care.

Qualifications:
• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Completion of an Accredited Foot & Ankle Fellowship.
• Eligible for Maryland medical license (unrestricted).
• Current DEA license.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, education, and program development.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary: $450,000–$500,000 (dependent on specialty, certification, and experience).
• Incentives: Additional compensation through wRVU and quality metrics.
