**Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon – Baltimore, MD**
**Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon**
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a nationally recognized orthopedic team in Baltimore, Maryland. This position offers the opportunity to manage a wide range of complex orthopedic trauma cases—including fractures, dislocations, and soft tissue injuries—within a Level II Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, experienced in managing multi-trauma patients, and committed to excellence in both patient care and surgical education.

Position Highlights:
• Practice in a Level II Trauma Center with exposure to diverse and complex trauma cases.
• Perform both acute and elective surgeries in a high-volume environment.
• Academic involvement with orthopedic residents, including didactic and clinical teaching opportunities.
• Access to dedicated research infrastructure with opportunities for publications, clinical studies, and grant writing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across specialties including sports, total joint, spine, hand, and pediatrics.
• Competitive salary ($450K–$500K) plus wRVU and quality-based incentives.
• Full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 403(b)/457(b) retirement plans, FSAs, CME allowance, and free parking.
• Four required call days per month, with opportunities for additional coverage.

Qualifications:
• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Completion of an Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship.
• Eligible for an unrestricted Maryland medical license.
• Current DEA license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to education, research, and clinical excellence.
