**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p, with night call and potential weekend coverage as needed
- Call Response Time: 30 minutes
- Average Patients: 25–30 per day
- Call Volume: 2–3 admissions or consults per shift
- Support Staff: 1 APP, 2 MAs, 4 office staff
- EMR: Cerner
- Credentialing: Expedited privileges available for clean files

- General Urology – Adult
- Advanced endoscopic techniques
- Laparoscopic surgeries
- Percutaneous nephrolithotomy
- Ureteroscopy
- Radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit
- Radical prostatectomy
- Nephrectomy and prostatectomy
- Pelvic node dissection
- Robotic surgery (including partial nephrectomies/intraoperative ultrasound)
- Adrenalectomy
- Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy
- TRUS biopsies
- Incontinence procedures
- Penile prosthesis
- Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Urologist
- Active Arizona License or IMLC
- ACLS – Required
- Minimum 2 years of recent urology experience
- Ability to supervise APPs – Required
- Clean background

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Included
- Travel: Reimbursed
