TeamHealth invites an experienced psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) or psychiatric physician assistant to join our behavioral health team serving skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in the Tacoma, WA area, specifically covering facilities in Renton and University Place, Washington. What You'll Do
  • Provide psychiatric assessments, medication management, and behavioral health support to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
  • Partner with facility care teams to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver consistent follow-up and continuity of care that enhances residents� emotional and psychological well-being
What You�ll Bring
  • Active PMHNP license in Washington with the ability to practice and bill independently
  • Current Washington DEA registration
  • Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
