**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 01/02/2026

- Coverage Type: No Call
- Schedule: 3–4 shifts per week (12-hour shifts, Friday–Monday; must include Sat/Sun)
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- EMR: Epic
- Patients per Day: Variable

**Requirements**
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Washington license or IMLC accepted
- ACLS and BLS
- Clean history

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Full-scope anesthesia care in a medically supervised team environment
- Typical Case Mix:
- ENT, General Surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, OB, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Urology, Robotic, and Vascular (no CT or Neuro)
- Procedures and Skills:
- General, Spinal, Epidural, and Regional Anesthesia
- OB and Pediatric cases
- Thoracic, Ortho, and Vascular (non-cardiac) preferred
- Post-op pain management including epidural and extremity blocks
- Line placement and acute airway/volume management preferred
- OR Coverage:
- 7 ORs in main surgery, 4 ORs at adjacent Surgi-Center, 2 GI rooms, 1 Bronchoscopy room, 1 Cath lab

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
