**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Active Wisconsin license or IMLC accepted
- BLS
- Clean history

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Outpatient consults, follow-ups, and treatment oversight for oncology and hematology patients
- No inpatient or procedural work required
- Support Staff:
- RNs: 1–3
- MAs: 1
- APPs: 1
- Office staff: Variable
- Collaboration with tertiary care center for all inpatient and advanced cases

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
