**Why This Role**
- Long-term locum opportunity starting January 2026 in a collaborative anesthesia care team
- Broad case mix including OB, ortho, peds, and spine
- Consistent schedule with no call and flexible block options for in-state and traveling providers
**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 01/05/2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible block scheduling available
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- Patients per Day: 1–20
- EMR: Epic
- Call Details: None
**Requirements**
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Wisconsin license
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Clean history
**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Full-scope anesthesia care in a medically directed inpatient setting
- Typical Case Mix:
- OB, Orthopedics, Podiatry, General Surgery, and Pediatric cases
- Trauma and spine cases preferred
- Procedures and Skills:
- General, Spinal, and Epidural Anesthesia
- Pain management techniques including epidural and steroid injections
- Ventilation management and intraoperative monitoring
- Post-op pain control with epidural and extremity blocks
- Support Staff:
- RNs: 10
- APPs: 6
- Office Staff: 2
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
