Hospitalist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Hospitalist to join our inpatient care team. This position offers a highly desirable 7 on / 7 off block schedule with no code response, no rapid response duties, and no procedural requirements. Our model emphasizes physician autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance, allowing you to round and go without rigid shift constraints or time tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient care and medical management for adult hospitalized patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Engage in clear and consistent communication with patients, families, and referring providers
• Coordinate care transitions, discharges, and follow-up planning

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the state
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Comfort working independently in a flexible, non-micromanaged setting
