Nocturnist - Admits Only

Brand-new, state-of-the-art facility — is seeking a dedicated Hospitalist / Nocturnist to join our inpatient team. This role offers a consistent 7p–7a schedule with 7 on / 7 off blocks, no code or rapid response duties, and no procedural requirements. Our program emphasizes physician autonomy, efficiency, and work-life balance, allowing you to manage your nights without micromanagement or strict timekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient care and overnight medical management for adult hospitalized patients

• Collaborate with on-site and on-call multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR

• Communicate clearly with patients, families, nursing staff, and referring providers

• Support care transitions, admissions, cross-coverage, and discharge planning as needed

Highlights of the Position:

• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off, 7p–7a

• Compensation:

  • $280K W2 or $290K 1099

  • Quarterly productivity bonus + quarterly quality bonus

  • Estimated total comp: ~$310K

• No codes or rapid response responsibilities

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the state

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort working independently
