**About the Opportunity**
We are seeking a **board certified or board eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT)** to join a growing practice serving the Quad Cities community in Iowa. The area has a strong and expanding need for ENT services, offering a family-friendly environment, minimal competition, and a large referral base.

**Position Overview**
Opportunity due to growth and a new surgery center
Provide comprehensive ENT care for patients of all ages
Clinic hours approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (schedule flexibility available based on physician preference)
Shared call schedule with local private practice (currently 1:3, moving to 1:4)
Practice includes: inpatient, outpatient, surgery center, rounding, and clinic
Multiple practice locations
Trauma Level III** facility
Cerner** EMR
Patient volume per day is at physician discretion
Strong operational support across clinic, ASC, and hospital settings
Community is supportive with excellent referral streams and opportunity to build a busy practice quickly

**Candidate Requirements**
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (must become board certified within the required timeframe)
Open to new graduates (through 2025) actively pursuing board certification
