**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- ACGME or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency
- Active Ohio license
- DEA
- Clean history

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Full-spectrum obstetrics with labor and delivery focus; no GYN cases
- Case Mix:
- 70% low-risk pregnancies
- 10% high-risk pregnancies
- ~25% C-sections
- Typical Procedures:
- Vaginal, low forceps, and cesarean deliveries
- Complicated deliveries (breech, multiples, abruptions)
- VBACs and repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
- FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
- OB ultrasounds (Level I and II)
- Volume:
- 30-bed L&D unit
- ~5 nursery admissions per day
- Support Staff:
- 2 midwives, 1 OB/GYN, and full L&D hospital team

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
