- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule: Clinic 8a–5p, 7–10 days per month with 1:4 call rotation
- Practice Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient
- Patients per Day: 14–16
- Call Type: Beeper, 15-minute response time
- Trauma Level: 2
- EMR: Cerner

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- BLS
- Any state license
- Clean history

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: General Otolaryngology covering clinic, OR, and trauma call
- Patient Population: Adults and pediatrics
- Procedures:
- General ENT surgical cases
- Endoscopic sinus and septal procedures
- Laryngoscopy and tracheotomy
- Thyroidectomy
- Facial and reconstructive procedures (preferred)
- Complex head and neck cases (preferred)
- Support Staff:
- RNs: 0
- MAs: 3
- APPs: 3
- Office Staff: 5
- Additional:
- Provider will supervise APPs
- Mix of clinic, OR, and trauma call responsibilities

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
