**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
- Active Tennessee license or IMLC
- BLS
- Clean history

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Broad-based general surgery with adult focus; pediatrics and trauma preferred
- Procedures:
- Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Hernia Repair, Nissen Fundoplication
- Colonoscopy and Sigmoidoscopy
- Breast and thyroid surgery
- Minor vascular and laparoscopic procedures
- Chest tube and central line placement
- Cesarean section and hysterectomy (preferred)
- Support Staff:
- RNs: 4
- No MAs, APPs, or office staff required
- Volume:
- Average 1–2 admissions daily
- 2–3 phone consults per shift

**Compensation**
