- Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
- Approximately 18 patients per day
- After hours pager coverage 1 week per month with no call back
- Must maintain productivity of 18 patients per day
- Must complete charting during normal shift
- No overtime expected
- No emergency call required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
