Compensation & Schedule
Pay Range: $250,000 – $280,000 / year
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Summary
Provide clinical treatment for hospitalized patients, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient care. Includes daily rounds, history and physical examinations, and coordination with attending physicians.

Responsibilities
Conduct daily rounds on assigned patients
Complete history and physical examinations within 12 hours of patient assignment; dictate notes within 24 hours
Manage medical crises or changes in patient condition in collaboration with attending physicians
Ensure proper follow-up care upon patient discharge

Requirements
Current and valid New York State medical license
Active registrations to prescribe and dispense controlled substances
Eligibility for medical staff membership and clinical privileges
Completion of medical staff credentialing at time of hire
