Schedule

• Clinical: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Call: Evenings, weekends, holidays (specific schedule to be confirmed)
• Call type: Phone; expected response time 15 minutes by phone, 60 minutes on-site
• Call ratio and callback percentage: To be confirmed (approx. 30 hours)

Clinical duties

• Estimated practice mix: 95% direct patient care, 5% administrative
• Procedures performed: angiography, balloon angioplasty/stent placement, chemoembolization, embolization, thrombolysis, TIPS placement, IVC filter placement, dialysis access interventions, line insertion, nephrostomy placement, cholecystostomy, radiologically inserted gastrostomy, drain insertions, vertebroplasty, biopsy, cryoablation, radiofrequency ablation, endovenous laser ablation of varicose veins, biliary intervention

• Hospital privileges required; temporary privileges available

Minimum requirements

• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (any State, Territory, or Commonwealth)
• Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• DEA certificate
• NPI
