Facility: 127-bed hospital, Level III trauma
Service setting: Inpatient (OR, Endoscopy, Cath Lab; nearby ASC)
Schedule: Full time (80 hours/pay period). Coverage ASAP–ongoing. Clinical shifts + paid, shared on-call (post-call day off). Call schedule: TBD.
Practice model: 100% independent CRNA practice. No cardiac or neurosurgery (NO Heads and Hearts). Most cases including healthy pediatrics. All regional/nerve blocks required.

Minimum requirements:
- Active Oregon OR license (or willingness to obtain)
- NBCRNA credential
- NPDB report
- Clean professional record
- Minimum 1 year CRNA experience
