- Facility 1: Mon–Fri, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Facility 2: Mon–Fri, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Some ICU floor time required; OR first assist duties; EVH experience preferred
Call
- Call type: beeper; response time 30 minutes
- Facility 1: Nights 6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.; weekend coverage Fri 6:00 p.m.–Mon 6:30 a.m.; call ratio 1:6; ~20% callback; patient volume 3–4
- Facility 2: Nights 5:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.; weekend coverage Fri 5:00 p.m.–Mon 7:00 a.m.; call ratio 1:2; ~5% callback; patient volume 2–4
Clinical support
- Facility 1: 8 NP/PAs, 1 MA, 3 office staff
- Facility 2: 1 APP, 1 MA, 1 office staff
- Rounding included
Requirements
- Active PA license
- Board certified/board eligible (BC/BE)
- BLS and ACLS required
