Outpatient Endocrinologist (BC/BE) — Goodyear, AZ (No Call, Monday–Friday)

We’re looking for a fellowship-trained endocrinologist to join our outpatient clinic in Goodyear, AZ, starting June 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with no on-call responsibilities. You’ll care for adult patients in a clinic-focused practice, managing chronic endocrine conditions including diabetes, thyroid disease, and other hormonal and metabolic disorders.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive evaluations, diagnose endocrine conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage follow-up care and ongoing disease management.
• Educate patients and families on chronic disease management and prevention.
• Collaborate with primary care and multidisciplinary specialty teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement and continuing education.

Team and workplace

• Outpatient clinic only, supported by dedicated nursing and administrative staff.
• EMR: eClinicalWorks (ECW).
• Specialty backup and collaborative access to multidisciplinary providers.
• You’ll report to the Medical Director, West Valley Endocrinology.
• This opening is driven by practice growth and increasing patient demand.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism (certification expected within 5 years of residency).
• Active DEA and BLS required.
• Arizona medical license or eligibility through IMLC.
• Fellowship-trained; clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Visa sponsorship available (H-1B and J-1 candidates accepted).
• Typical credentialing timeline: 60–90 days.
