Join a Columbus, Nebraska outpatient practice delivering comprehensive family medicine to patients of all ages. This full-time, permanent role provides supplemental clinical coverage Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–5:30 PM) using Greenway Intergy EMR. Patient volume varies and you will be supported by experienced RNs, LPNs, and medical assistants.
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska medical license
- Board-certified or board-eligible (BC/BE)
- Valid DEA registration
Responsibilities
- Deliver primary care across the lifespan, including preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease management
- Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and document care accurately in the EMR
- Prescribe medications in accordance with Nebraska law and best-practice guidelines
- Educate patients on health maintenance and lifestyle modification
- Coordinate care with specialists and allied health professionals
- Engage in quality improvement, compliance activities, on-call rotation, and affiliate meetings
