Join a hospice and palliative medicine team in Cumberland, MD to provide inpatient and outpatient clinical care on a locum tenens basis. Coverage begins Nov 24, 2025 and is ongoing, with an initial block from Nov 24–Dec 12. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Clinicians can expect 3–5 admissions and daily rounding; patient population is 100% adults. The facility is a Level III trauma center using Epic. Hospital privileges are required (temporary privileges available). Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are provided.
Requirements:
- Active MD license
- Board certified/board eligible in relevant specialty
- DEA registration
- BLS certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience
Service Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
