Schedule

• Regular shifts: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Pediatric Radiology shifts specified: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM plus night call on listed dates (see shifts below)
• Call: Nights and weekends; weekend blocks are 8:00 AM–8:00 AM
• Call response time: 30 minutes

Shifts to be filled (Peds Radiology)

• 8a–5p + Night Call: Oct 13–17, Oct 20–24, Nov 24–28, Dec 1–2
• 24-hour call: Oct 11–12; Nov 22–23, Nov 29–30

Clinical expectations and volume

• Patient volume: Variable
• Trauma level: Level I
• EMR: Cerner
• Support staff available: Radiology assistants and Radiology PAs
• Must be comfortable with tertiary-level care and oncologic imaging

Modalities and procedures required

• General Radiology: radiographs, ultrasound, CT, MRI
• Fluoroscopy (general and GI/barium studies), VCUG
• Nuclear medicine exams
• Pediatric-specific procedures: barium swallow/UGI, VCUG, RUG, BE/water-soluble enema, air reduction enema, advancement of feeding tube from gastric position into duodenum, contrast injection of central line/port

Requirements

• Active PA license
• Board Certified (BC)
• BLS certified
