Coverage Period & Schedule

• Specific shifts to be filled:
  • Nov: 3–6, 10–13, 17–20, 24–26
  • Dec: 1–4, 8–11, 15–18, 22–24, 29–31
  • Mar: 9–12
• Regular shift schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Facility will accept coverage of 8 hours/day anytime between 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Will accept providers 1–2 weeks/month who perform mammography only

Clinical Volume & Support

• Average patient volume: 100/day
• Specialty backup: Interventional Radiology

Required Procedures & Skills

• CT: General, Neuro CT, CT Angio, QCT (Bone Mineral Density), biopsies, aspiration/drainage
• MRI: General (including MSK and joints), MRA
• Ultrasound: General, OB, Abdominal/Pelvis, Thyroid, Pediatric/newborn
• Nuclear Medicine: General (including MSK), cardiac function, thyroid treatment, SPECT, PET
• Fluoroscopy: General, Barium GI studies
• Mammography: MQSA certified (film/screen and digital)
• Plain films (general chest)
• Bone density scans (DEXA)
• Non-vascular interventions: aspiration/drainage
• Chest B-reader preferred

• EMR: Athena and Cerner

Logistics

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided

Requirements

• Active PA medical license or participation in IMLC
• Board certified or board eligible (BC/BE) in Radiology
• Certifications: ABLS, BLS
