Join a growing oncology practice in Coos Bay, Oregon, providing both outpatient and inpatient care to a diverse cancer population. This permanent clinical position covers ongoing vacancy needs with shared call responsibilities and collaboration alongside two oncologists, one NP, and an infusion nursing team.
Practice highlights
- Comprehensive oncology services: medical oncology, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, clinical trials, cancer support services, nurse navigation, and onsite lab and pharmacy.
- New 19‑chair infusion suite and integrated oncology resources.
- EMR: Epic with Beacon.
Schedule and coverage
- (4) 10‑hour shifts.
- Call: shared equally; schedule TBD.
- Coverage: ASAP start, ongoing clinical responsibilities plus call.
Preferred candidate profile and requirements
- Active Oregon license or willingness to obtain.
- Board certified (AONCP for NPs preferred).
- BLS certification.
- Clean NPDB report and background record.
- Oncology subspecialty training or additional oncology experience highly preferred.
Support and team
- Two practicing oncologists.
- One additional NP and dedicated nurse infusion team.
- Level III trauma center support.
