Wonderful opportunity for an **experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner** or **NICU-trained Physician Assistant** to join an expanding NICU team in Brooksville, Florida — a growing suburb north of Tampa along Florida’s Nature Coast.

**About the Opportunity**
20-bed Level III NICU with strong neonatology and MFM support in a rapidly expanding hospital setting.

**Position Highlights**
-20-bed Level III NICU
-Average daily census: 12–20 patients
-Approx. 1,600 deliveries annually
-Neonatologist and MFM on-site, plus additional subspecialty support
-16-hour shifts, with potential for 24-hour shifts as unit grows
-Beautiful location along Florida’s Nature Coast with quick access to springs, beaches, and Tampa Bay

**Candidate Requirements – NNP**
-Board Certified APRN with national certification as NNP
-(Cannot accept FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications)
-Minimum of a master’s degree
-2+ years of current NNP work experience (excluding RN experience or training)

**Candidate Requirements – PA**
-Minimum of a master’s degree
-Board Certified through NCCPA
-NICU/neonatal PA training program strongly preferred
-2+ years of current NICU PA experience (excluding training)

**Candidate Parameters**
-Not accepting new graduates
-2+ years of current NICU experience required
-Not accepting locums candidates
-Permanent positions that may require local residency (relocation may be discussed during interview)
