**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Outpatient Clinic Only
- Start Date: January 5, 2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: 3–4 days per week
- Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day
- Practice Setting: Outpatient only
- Support Staff: RN, MA, APP, office staff
- EMR: MEDHOST
- Department Beds: 16
- Scheduling Need: April through Dec 2026. See dates below:
